Amie Beth-Sabin

I started pole in 2012 at Uni when a friend convinced me to go along and straight away I was hooked. It gave me so much confidence and no matter what mood I am in I always come away from a class feeling happy.

I got into teaching about a year after I had started pole. I love teaching and helping people achieve new moves and goals, nothing beats seeing my students grow in confidence and strength!

I then started aerial silks and hoop and found they were just as addictive and found they were a good addition to my training. I hated the gym and could never stick to it whereas pole and aerial I cannot go without for more than a couple of days at most. I love the atmosphere in classes and have never felt more welcome and supported.

You will find me on any of the apparatus trying out new moves and combinations. I am fully qualified to teach pole, silks and hoop. I will probably be wearing a different outfit every hour as the girls have pointed out that I may have a pole clothing addiction as well, I just consider myself an aerial chameleon.

I'm so happy to be part of such an amazing team and to be able to teach something I am passionate about!
