From age 14 to adult

The flying pole / sky pole is a 45mm pole attached to a spinner and to the truss at the top but unattached at the bottom which makes the pole swing around.

In this class you will try some of your favourite pole moves, usually done on a fixed pole, to get a feel for the flying pole and then be taught a number of different spin pole combos to encourage the pole to spin and fly.

The class is suitable for Intermediate level upwards (you must be able to invert comfortably).

This discipline is offered in private sessions and ad hoc workshops only, we do not offer this as a regular open class.
