Pole Conditioning (Hybrid Class)

From age 8 to adult

This class is designed to develop your strength, stamina and stability. 

There’s a mix of cardio and strength moves both on and off the pole followed by a lovely full-body stretch to ease your aching muscles.

If you want to improve straight leg inverts, shoulder mounts, handstands and ayeshas or even up your “bad side” then this is the class for you.

This is a hybrid class, taught in the studio, but home polers can join in from the comfort of your home.

All levels are welcome, including complete beginners, as adaptions are always given.

As well as our classes we offer private sessions in all our skills as 1-1’s, small groups, larger groups and party bookings for birthdays and hen parties.
