Sarah Jayne Woodroffe – Yoga Instructor (Beginners)

I am a qualified Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have been teaching for the last 2 years and love my job. I love seeing the progress in my students and clients, and what training and stretching can do for the mind, body and soul! Yoga introduces the fundamental principles of alignment in a flow of postures linked by breath. It works on flexibility, posture, balance and strength. Students will learn yoga postures through step by step description and demonstration
